Centrally located a few blocks from the beach and Historic Downtown, a beautiful area with architecture similar to New Orleans and some wonderful stops for a great meal or some shopping!

Just a few blocks from several local parks and shopping on the Seawall and Broadway!
-Pleasure Pier is two miles up the road from us and the Seawall and beach are a short walk from the house!
- Can get to the highway in less than five minutes! If you're in town going on a Cruise, the terminal is less than 10 minutes from our home!

Plenty of space for larger groups or the whole family! Bring your doggos too, as we have a nice cozy bed for them and plenty of fun pet amenities to ensure they feel relaxed during their stay too!

Parking during the low season is relatively easy to find! During the high season by the Seawall and the Strand it is a bit harder, but we have plenty of parking by our home. We are close to several bars in walking distance, as well grocery stores like Randall's and Kroger,and several convenience stores if you forgot anything or need to make a quick run to the store!

The Galveston Port is just about 10 minutes from us, for those of you going on a cruise, or just want to see the beautiful area and eat some wonderful seafood by the ocean! For those of you in town for work, the Galveston Island Convention Center is a short drive and less than a mile from the house! Of course, the Seawall is less than a mile from the house as well, and Stewart Beach is about a ten minute drive, which is considered Galveston's premier family beach park!

I am originally from Las Vegas, but my family and I love traveling and exploring new areas so we decided to start hosting! As a family, we have always worked in the hospitality industry and decided being property hosts would be a great fit for us! My husband is the financials and I do all the designing of our homes! It's been a really fun time learning all the ins and outs of short term renting and we love meeting so many new people from all over the world that stay at our homes. We have a smart lock on the front door which we can give you a personalized code for. Depending on if it's a same day booking or not, we are pretty flexible on when you check in and out.

House Rules

-Please take the trash out before check-out.
-Absolutely no parties. If you are having additional guests come over, please let the owner know in advance. If the additional guests stay the night, it is an additional $30 per guest.
-Check-out is at 11 AM, please let us know if you are running behind and we may be able to offer a late check-out option.
-If you do not let us know in advance, we will charge a $200 late check-out. For every hour after 11, we will charge an additional $100 until you do check out. We understand things happen, we just want to make sure the next guests are able to enjoy their stay as well.

Refundable Damage Deposit

We refund them immediately after your stay if nothing was damaged.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel for any reason, we recommend cancelling within 30 days of check-in for a full refund. If you have booked within 30 days, we can offer a full refund within two weeks of booking. After that, we can offer a 50% refund up to 14 days before check-in. No refund within a week of check-in.
